Vittoria & Partners LLP appointed investment manager for Hospitality Portfolio

Vittoria & Partners LLP(“V&P”) has been appointed as the investment manager to the European Real Estate Investment Issuer Designated Activity Company (the “Company”) which indirectly owns a portfolio of 4 UK hotels – the Hampton by Hilton Waterloo, the Doubletree by Hilton York, the Welcombe Hotel Stratford-upon-Avon and the Doubletree by Hilton Cheltenham.

The 708 key portfolio is operated under franchise agreements, has benefitted from substantial capex into the room product over the past 24 months and is currently valued at £160mn.

Ben Williams and Christian Matthews are seconded into V&P to manage the Company. V&P is authorised and regulated by the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FRN709710).
